HireSpace Consulting (“HireSpace”, “we”) is a recruitment and HR consulting firm. This policy explains how we handle the details you share through this website.
What we collect
The details you type into our forms (such as name, email, phone, company, role, experience and message), any resume or job description you upload, the job you applied for, and basic campaign information such as the link that brought you here (UTM tags).
How we use it
Only to respond to your request: to discuss a hiring mandate, to consider you for roles, or to discuss a partnership. Candidate profiles are shared with a client only when they are relevant to a specific role.
Who can see it
Your submissions and resumes are visible only to the HireSpace admin team. Files are kept in secure storage and can be downloaded only by signed-in HireSpace admins.
Storage on your device
We store form drafts, saved jobs and your cookie choice in your browser so the site works as you expect. Analytics run only if you allow them in the cookie notice.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while they are useful for the request you made or for relevant future roles. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
